What license comes with these products?

Startup Framework is distributed under a Commercial License.

How do you provide support?

We provide product support via email; please use our contact form. We do not provide product support via Facebook or Twitter, nor do we offer phone support or live chat.

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards.

How about refunds?

We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions. If you have questions, contact us.

Where do I download my purchase?

Once your order is complete, you should receive an email. Visit our website to download your purchase. Go to your account page and click the downloads tab to find all available products. Viewing your downloads on our site is also a great way to see other information like the current version of your product, when that version was released, orders, etc.

Will I get free updates?

Of course. All updates will appear in your Sliceberry account.

Can I use Sliceberry’s products for client projects?

Sure you can! (And it does not violate our license.)

I need an invoice. Can you provide it?

Downloadable invoices are in your account.
